To place an order for a Chloe Pearl item, do I need to have an account? 

No, an account is not required, as you can check out as a guest. However, if you wish to track the status of your order, we recommend you create one. 

How do I place an order on Chloe Pearl?

To place an order on Chloe Pearl, visit https://www.chloepearl.com and click shop. Then select the item (s) you want to purchase and add them to your cart. Finally, select the check out option and enter your payment details.

Once paid for, can I make changes to my Chloe Pearl order? 

No, once you have placed your order and paid for it, changes cannot be made. 

How do I cancel my Chloe Pearl order?

Once you've placed an order on Chloe Pearl, it cannot be canceled. 

Can I reserve a Chloe Pearl item?

No, you cannot reserve an item.

Does Chloe Pearl accept refunds? 

Refunds are only granted if there is a problem with the items ordered or the order itself. If this is the case, please email chloepearl123456@gmail.com , with specific details on what is wrong with your order. If there is a problem with the product please add photos.  

What if I receive the wrong item with my order?

If you receive the wrong item delivered to you, please email customer support. In the email, state your order reference number and the problem with your existing order. Once acknowledged by the customer support team, send your order back to us. When we receive the item, we will issue your original order and cover your shipping charges.

The item I like is out of stock, will there be another one soon?

It depends on the collection. Some pieces will be restocked and others are only available once. However email customer service if you are curious about a current collection or want to buy a specific item.

We ship to every state within the USA.

How do you ship my item and what packaging do you use? 

We ship all items directly from our Chloe Pearl office. However, depending on the number of your items purchased, the type of packaging will differ.
